Complaint Details
I was travelling by Jet Airways flight 9W2002 on 10th July 2014. I gave 2 baggages for check in and Jet Airways executives failed to seal my luggage and when I unpacked my bag after reaching home, valuables worth 2 lakh were missing from my bag.
I tried lodging a complain to them but they say that they have checked CCTV footage and nothing suspicious happened and hence they are not ready to accept their fault of not sealing the bag.
Also they were rude in replies and blaming me instead of accepting the fault.
