Complaint Details
I purchased from wonderchef.in Wonderchef diamond pan set worth Rs.2999 and order number 100006658 on 1st of July 2014. The product could not be delivered in my area, so I cancelled the order on 7th of July 2014. The amount is still not refunded in my account. The payment was made by SBI debit card. The customer care is very bad. Firstly, they don't receive the calls. Even if they receive the call, they don't respond properly. I mailed them several times regarding refund status but they did not reply to my mails, not even once.
Transaction details: SBI Debit Card 622XX6753 for a purchase worth Rs2999 on POS 000000000366864 at Billdesk.com txn# 201406680885. Please help me.
