Complaint Details
This is to state that I lodged a complaint approximately 1 week before
and a complaint ID was given to me which is 84419699 about my
aquaguard verve. The customer care executive said that a technician
would attend me within 2 days. But after 4 days when there was no
response, I again called them on 5th March, 2011. the executive said
that the technician would attend me that evening only, but so didnt
happen. then I called again on 8th March, 2011.The executive again
said that he would escalate my complaint. Then again I called on 9th
March, 2011.The executive said that he will make sure that a
technician attend me on that very day itself, but to no avail.
Every time I call on 02239883333, they say that they would escalate
the complaint. And when I ask for their senior's contact number, they
deny for it, they say they don't have their numbers. One time an
executive gave me a number, but nobody picked my call on that number.
