Pathetic service by the service provider .No body is entertaing the phone call positively .My machine is not working for last 1 week in the customer care guy says that he is giving the complain number by doing SMS .He is just fooling us .Please take the issue seriously .Otherwise there are so many competitor in market and it would be very difficult for you guys to survive in future .
