AMC service request no 0061338078 dated 26.2.2011 with customer ID 1003850260 for my Aquaguard classic water purifier, has not been attended as on date in-spite of several reminders. This practice of ignoring customer's service request during AMC has already been faced last year during my previous AMC. I request the matter to be taken up with the senior level in this regard and i shall get a full refund of the money paid for AMC as this only invites harassment and mental agony. I also prefer to throw the unit on the face of service person this time to avoid such kind of further torture in future.
