Complaint Details
I am using an Aqua Guard (Model Nova, Unit Sl No: 4004976, Customer code: 8410003207) from 2004 onwords. I had been entering into annual maintanance contract after the purchase of the unit in 2004. The last contract was entered into on 11/12/2009 for a period of 3 years, ie. Upto 10/12/2012 (Vide the copies attached). According to the contract, filter candles of the unit was to be replaced in Dec 2010. Even after 31st of January, nobody turned up. Hence I approached the service station at Calicut and they told me a technician would be coming on the very next day. After repeated contact over phone, 3 weeks after that, a technician came; but he had not brought the candles to be replaced. He told me that he was told that there was some repair for the unit. He went back saying that he would be coming the next day with necessory spare parts. Till now no information has been recieved from the service station at calicut. Please take necessory actions to full fill the maintanance contract in time.
