Complaint Details
I purchased a new Eureka Forbes revive Aqua Guard water Purifier about 6 months back . The same stopped working a week ago and we lodged a complaint [ #84500844] on 11th of March 2011 at 8:00 AM and the same has not been addressed till date . The aquaguard is under is still under warranty and company claims that max time for service is 2 days . Its been close to 6 days and still no one has bothered to come and check . This is inspite of my numerous calls and follow ups .
