Complaint Details
I have comprehensive service contract for my RO TOTAL water purifier from Eureka Forbs for two years.I have clearly told that all filters are to changed in my presence.Due date of change was on 28.01.2011.But technician came on 16.3.2011 without intimation to me when no adult was at my home.My minor child was at home in another room during changing of filter.I found wrapper of only one wrapper of filter as proof of change.Technician has taken signature of my minor child.I found that there was no change in test of water which definitely occurs after installation of new filters. I am a 26 years experienced civil Engineer now at post of Dy.GM (civil)in a PSU of Ministry of Railway , Government of India and can understand the facts.
