AquaGuard Total - Gold Nova.
Product performance too short of the claims made during installation. Lot of problems with the machine since installation.
PCB(printed circuit board) damaged during regular service was replaced (Aug'10)by faulty PCB inspite of it being under SERVICE CONTRACT. Request to AREA/DIVISIONAL HEADS have also been futile. Till date it has not been resolved.
