Complaint Details
I Amit Kumar (M-9873686714) have cancelled my booking for flat no. F0609 in terrace homes and handed over the entire required document along with cancellation application and original documents on 5th May, 2014. But as of today no body is responding and not refunding my booking amount of Rs. 6,63,380.

It was told like cancellation process will take about 10-15 days. However, it’s more than 75 days now and Amrapali is giving all irrelevant excuses and giving me 7-10 days every time I approached them and they are saying their Director “Mr. Anil Sharma” is not signing my refund check.

Mr. Vivek Dixit(M-9899228791) and Mr. Ajeet (M- 9711200943) are even not picking any calls and not ready to give my money back and saying go and do whatever you want.

Please help me getting my money back as soon as possible.
