Dear Head Consumer Redressal Counsil,

Would like to keep you posted we had received a damaged article from DholDhamaka

Facts :
 Order number # 100016390
 Invoice # 100012405
 Order Date # 27th June, 2014
 Received Date # 7th July, 2014 (10 days later) committed 4 days
 Sold to # Asha Vinay, 4/7 Chittibabu street, Spurtank road, chetpet, Chennai 31, 9941204217
 Product info # Famous Red Beer hat (feather eye mask)

and that to get the return ticket number we need to call the toll free number which is +91 - 850 - 600 – 8080 and that no one picks up the call during business hours and was trying from the day 1 till date.

and then after sending mails on 8th July, 9th July and 10th july. that they responded stating that they will resend the fresh piece with in 4 days which is on 14th july. and till date we have not received anything.

will need your help in helping the customer not to be cheated by these online stores.
