Billing Issue of Photon Number : 7411233751

I am having some issues with the photon stick that I have purchased with Tata Docomo. I had raised a hardware issue on my device with the reference number 393484595 in Dec-2013 but the issue was not resolved, but was closed unanimously without any resolution.

Finally I had to go to the Docomo store in April to get the issue resolved, ref number 411726223.

But in the mean while Docomo had continued to bill me for the period of Jan to April for the unused.
Also I had made payment towards my account for an amount of Rs. 2265/-

I am having issues registering complains on the portal and I am waiting too much time on your customer care support.
However my requests for billing adjustments have not been processed and closed without any proper resolution (421594867 and 420840757 )

Also i have appealed to the appeleat authority for fixing this but i have not heard so far.

Currently i am getting harrasment calls from the agents for collections.
