Complaint Details
I had travelled from Pune to Mira Road on Sunday, 13th of July and I followed the route from Pune - Airoli - Mulund

- Thane - Ghodbunder Road - Mira Road. After crossing through Airoli Flyover, I passed through Airoli Toll managed

by IRB Infrastructure and paid the required toll amount of Rs. 30/-. I then took a right turn after Airoli Toll

towards mulund through Eastern Express Highway. After travelling for another 2 to 3 km, I encountered the next Toll

Plaza in Mulund managed by MEP Developer Pvt. Ltd and they asked for another toll amount of Rs. 30/-. My argument

is that even though I didnt travel through the entire Eastern Express Highway except for 2 ot 3 km from Airoli

naka, why we have to pay the next toll at Mulund. This is totally unfair practise and injustice as poeple who dont travel through the entire stretch of Eastern Express Highway but still end up paying the toll.
