I, Deepak Jain, resident of Dadar (East) have 3 reasons to complain pertaining to poor service & irresponsible behaviour of Tata Docomo Staff.
I visited Tata Docomo Store situated at Matunga (East), Maheswari Udhyan, for conversion of my postpaid connection into prepaid.
Firstly I was waited for 10minutes for a sick reason that the Head Staff was on a phone call.
Secondly he straight away rejected to convert my postpaid connection into a prepaid one & said me to visit a store situated at Dadar (West)
Thirdly when I was trying to get a solution pertaining to my sister's postpaid connection query, he kept on interfering between me & the query solving staff.
This behavior is not acceptable in any situation what so ever.
I request you to take serious action against such irresponsible staff & for such a service which doesn't matches Tata Docomo's standards.
