Complaint Details
I purchased max WiFi connection on 16th may with advance payment of 5000 . My connection started on 28th may after continuously asking them to start the connection. Every day they would ask me to wait for 24 hours but the process took 13days. Then a bill was generated on 4th of June of 5600. I took the matter to the shop. Dey said to ignore the bill. I ignored. After 20 days I stated getting calls for making payment. I informed them day payment was made. I took the matter to the store. They said they would resolve the issue. But finally my internet was disconnected on 14th July .customer care days that system showd no payment made. I mailed the scan copy of Bill to listen @tatadocomo. Com. I have been heckled with several phone calls for making payment n several visit to the store. No body is taking accountability. Store for says they have mailed. N they r saying this since last 15 days. But no action is taken. My work is badly hampered become of all dis
