Complaint Details
Battery of xolo q700 getting bulged after 6 month. Complain registered with xolo care under ref no. 310000442306 dtd. 17.05.2014 for replacement of batteries. The complain is yet not resolved even after 2 months. Matter has been taken up with xolo care as well as their service center couple of times through phone as well as email communications several times but yet not received any satisfactory response. The product is rendered unused for last more than 2 months and I have to make alternate arrangement. Further there is no seriousness shown by company even though notice has been served upon through email to resolve the issue. If required I can share copy of various email communications as well as complain request.
