Complaint Details
I just made a purchase over 3 cotton county jeans of size 28 for rs 599 which was a online payment done during june and received the product but 2 of those jeans where not fit enough and mailed back to the company regarding reshipment and same was initiated the concern asked me to reship the product to the concern address for which rs 100 will be given as a courier charges so I did the same there was a reply that they have received the product and reshipment has been initiated and dispatched and the order number and consignment numbers are S80424370 & 40556113566 through Aramex couriers on 1/7/2014.
But when just checked with the courier dept. they said its an invalid number and mostly this fucking website has a number which will never be picked up or not in use so again started mailing and only reply from their end I receive is :
Dear Customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Your product has
been already dispatched by Aramex courier. We are in contact with
logistic team regarding swift delivery of your product. We will ensure
that the product will be delivered soon.
