Complaint Details
I had given a disconnection request to Tikona on March 28. and the request was ignored without any acknowledgment. I again requested the disconnection on June 2nd request no:I-3126230113. That request was also ignored without acknowledgement. Iam not using their services from April 3rd but I was forced to pay the 3 month bill amount Rs. 1873.52. Company continues to disregard my disconnection request. I want my amount refunded because I had requested for disconnection and not used services so there is no ground for paying for them.
