I had given a disconnection request to Tikona on March 28 2014. and the request was ignored without any acknowledgment. I again requested the disconnection on June 2nd request no:I-3126230113. That request was also ignored without acknowledgement. Iam not using their services from April 3rd but I was forced to pay the 3 month bill amount Rs. 1873.52. Company continues to disregard my disconnection request. I received a call from 3rd party and they are saying they are filing a case against me. Tikona people even sent their recovery agents. repeated phone calls and request and Tikona people do not listen and continue to harass me by increasing bill amount. Please I want my amount refunded from the time I have given my disconnection request and not used their services if they do not promptly disconnect then there is no fault of mine for the same.
