Hello

I have purchased a new Orient Actus DI 1004P 1000Watt Dry Iron on 5Th April
2014 through Amazon.in (Attached the Invoice copy.) But on 19th July 2014
when I connected it for using suddenly it got fired (Attached the
photographs). Kindly have attention on this particular model for avoiding
such kind of incident. Also kindly do the needful for replace the item
because it has warranty till 4th April 2016.
