Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for a new broadband internet connection on 12-07-2014. A sales executive by name Mr.S.Ramesh came to my apartment and collected the
amount of Rs.2400/- (Two Thousand Four Hundred Rupees only) for the plan 799/- 10 Mbps 40 GB limit 3 months and told me that the connection would be
activated by 14-07-2014. On 15-07-2014, the sales executive informed me that the new connection is not feasible and hence they cannot activate my
connection. When, I asked for my money to be refunded there is no response and he stopped responding to my phone calls. On 16-07-2014 morning, I
dialed the customer care number 040-66227777 to enquire the status of my connection a lady by name Swathi attended my call and told me that she would
talk to the concerned person and give me a call back in 30 mins. She never responded, again in the afternoon I dialed the customer care number and a
person by name Mr.Pratheek responded saying there is no feasibility in my apartment and money will not be refunded. During our conversation however,
he promised me of a call back in 30 mins about the money refund. He never responded.
Later, person identifying himself as concerned manager Mr.Venkat on 18-7-2014 requested for a two day time so that he can arrange the connection.
Since then I have been in follow up with him daily. Everyday he tells me that the fibre cable is in transit and my connection would be activated as
soon as they receive the cable.
On 19-7-2014 the same person assured me that the connection would be activated by 21-7-2014. Again on 21-7-2014 when I called him he assured me that
they would setup the connection by end of day.
This morning i.e. 22-7-2014 when I called Mr.Venkat he says he is not sure how long it takes for them to receive the fibre cable. I then asked him
for my money refund.
