Hi Sir,
I have purchased Ainol Novo Crystal II, 7 Inch tablet from Ainol India on 20 June 2013. After use of 3 months, suddenly my tab goes to dead mode and could not charge and restart again.
When i try to contact the seller through the phone number provided in ttheir portal www.ainolindia.com and contact number 022-65111234, the number is not in active.
Also, my steps to send mail to their mail ids sales@ainolindia.com
and
service@ainolindia.com went to no response.
