My registered complaint in abhibus.com is 197986. I booked a ticket on 21/07/2014 from bhunter to delhi. The traveller was SONA Travels and the booking was made through abhibus.com. The pick up time was 6:15 pm and the bus didnt arrive. When contacted they said that the bus has been cancelled and they could do nothing and they filed for refund. Due to their inefficiency i was stranded in bhunter for 4 hours. Nd dueto inavaibility of further buses had to opt for a cab to delhi for INR 10000. The ordeal has caused us great mental and financial distress.We hope uou look into the matter as soon as possible.
