Complaint Details
I had booked a flat with Lodha Group for a Project in Dombivali in June 2009. As per the contract I was supposed to get possession in 2011 with a extention of 1 year if needed. However, till date I have not received possession with regular mails stating extention in possession date. As on 07/22/14, they will now handover units by End of January 2015. They also are not allowing site visit to check on the progress. I am in facing deifficulty and the promises they giving are all false. Your help will be apprciated.
