Recently I purchased a Shoe from one of khadims store in Siliguri, what happened is the shoe was priced Rs. 750/-, so I gave the counter guy a Rs.1000/- note and after making me wait for almost 15-20 mins (as there was only 1 customer before me so one can imagine how fast the counter person was) he gave me the shoe & only the bill not the change. And in a hurry I left with my friend without it and he didn't even called me back. After reaching home I realized my mistake and rushed back to the store for my change and the same person refused me to pay back and asked me to show the bill which I forgot to carry unfortunately as I thought he will remember me. So next day I went again with the bill and the same guy told me that there system showed and excess of Rs.150 and that is the amount he can pay me which was impossible because even a kid can calculate that I was supposed to get Rs.250. I never expected that Khadims keep such fraud employees to serve there customer. Such a big brand represented by such awful frontline people is disappointing and definitely ruining the brand image & loyalty as I am never going to visit a khadims store again and will spread the word in my network for sure.
