My Complaint Against: Intouch Concepts Intouch Concepts/Kamal Bhardwaj’s Contact Details: Address :Intouch Concepts 810 NAURANG HOUSE 21 KASTURBA GANDHI MARG CONNAUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI 110001 . Contact No. Ph: +91 9953 142 156 I have received a call saying calling from MasterCard Visa Dept. for HDFC, ICICI, SBI banks and then said you are nominated for this offer as you are very good customers of MasterCard/VISA. After that the caller said that in the package of Rs.6999/- he (Company) will be giving following: 1. Discount Card which will give me discount of 30% in any purchase (e.g Big bazaar, More etc) except Gold and Petrol Purchase. 2. 1 free holiday package in India 3. 1 free holiday package in Abroad 4. 1 Free offer for cash back worth 7000 points (each point = 1 Re) with which I can buy products from a site with log in credentials which they will provide. 5. 1 Food voucher worth 2000/- which will be redeemed reproducing receipts. Following is the complaint: 1. I was not informed even once of the company name (Intouch Concepts) until I was billed with my credit card and I got the confirmation message with the biller details. 2. I did not receive their product until after 2 weeks. I was communicated that I would receive the product within 7 days. 3. The Discount card which given to me is only applicable at selected outlets that was not conveyed to me. And clearly told that it is applicable to everywhere. 4. Also it was told that there will be 15 days overlook period in which if the things are not received to me I can return it back to them and Customer care was saying who told this to you it is not at all there any overlook period or any kind of this period or so. Could you please consider my complaint. It is clearly a Fraud case.
