I purchased a Karbonn A91 from a reputed online retailer.After a month of usage,it had a software problem and phone did not turn on.It had a 1 year warranty.So I went to the Karbonn Service Centre in Barrackpore known as System Solutions. They told me to come after a week and the phone will be ready. Since then they are giving excuses and that you will get the phone in a week. But it has been 2 months that I am yet to receive the phone.
