Complaint Details
I made a FD of Rs.100000/- wih Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd.for one year on 04.03.2014.I deposited the FDR duly signed for payment of maturity amount as per company’s rules one months prior to maturity. The company did not pay the maturity amount as yet. I contacted the company at New Delhi Office and their Registrar Link Intime Ltd Mumbai many times for payment of my FD maturity amount. But the company told that talk to the Registrar and Registrar told talk to the company every time without any positive response. Then I contacted to MD Mr Naresh. On my repeated calls he responded my call and give assurance for payment soon with 18% interest.On my SMS Mr Naresh advised to send email with full details. When I again contacted he did not respond to my call nor to my emails.
