Dear Sir,
This is with reference to PF account no. MH/41132/1893 & PF account no. MH/46163/1666.
I have made a request for transfer of PF from Account no. MH/46163/1666 to Account No. 41132/1893.
I have got a letter in Dec 2010 that the amount has been transferred ( Letter Attached). Then I have submitted the PF withdrawal form but the amount was not credited in my account.
I filed a grievance to PF department and came to know that the amount was not transferred which has been subsequently transferred by PF department. ( Mail attached)
Again the claim has been resubmitted but it was rejected again.
I have filed the claim more than 5 times in last 3 years.

Request you to kindly provide me justice.
