Complaint Details
I (Kamla Parakh) booked my air tickets online through Musafir.com,Musafir.com booking Reference M-8277, it was a Jetairways flight Dated May 22, 2014 & return ticket dated May 28, 2014. I cancelled my tickets informing the airline department at airport and Musafir.com. After a few days when i went to airport counter of Jetairways, they confirmed that both my tickets were cancelled & they have refunded a sum of Rs 8957 (after deducting all cancellation charges) to Musafir.com & Musafir.com will refund the same amount to my account.

I also called call center & complained Musafir.com regarding my refund and spoke to Mr. Farhan, Mr. Bhanu Pratap, Mr. Arush Wadhva, everytime i spoke to them, they confirmed my refund Amount of Rs 8557/- (after deducting their agency cancellation charges of Rs 400). They also confirmed that i will get my refund amount in my account within 15 working days.
Now it has been more than 2 months, i have not received my refund yet. Also there is no proper feedback from their call center.
I want my refund back.
