Complaint Details
I have taken the Internet Pack from Reliance which is still valid. When I start my Internet there is deduction of balance from my account when i am complain to customer care they are saying that it is mistake from their side and they are refunding the balance and now you will not facing the problem, but again when I start internet i getting the same problem. I am facing this problem from 24th July 2014 onwards and not able to get solution from Reliance. So i am force to make this complain against reliance as i am losing my business, my time and energy with lots of headed. Request you kindly take proper action and provide me solution.
