Complaint Details
I had submitted my mobile for service In working condition to fix some minor problem, but after service my mobile is not getting switching ON, also it took 40 days to get back my mobile. When I called the Mobile store they confirmed that the mobile has been damaged during the repair.The total value of my mobile is 5200 Mobile Store suggested that the mobile cannot be serviced and I can claim 1,496 INR as the compensation.
I have the written proof from the local store saying my mobile was in working condition before and when we got it back it was not switching ON,All proofs attcahed
