Hi, I have taken an AMC for Kent Water Purifier from Kent Authorized Service Center "Srinivasa Aqua Service". Recently, there was a problem in the purifier as moisture was getting accumulated and I registered a complain on the same with "Srinivasa Aqua Services". After Engineer diagnosed that "booster pump" needs to be replaced, the company is asking me to pay the cost of the pump though AMC includes all parts of the purifier for one year. I have registered a complain with KENT and even after multiple reminders, I didn't receive any satisfactory response from the company. Here are the mails I sent to KENT and attached the AMC:

Thanks! The service engineer came to our place and replaced the filter but the problem is still not solved as we are seeing steam getting accumulated on the top of the purifier. We registered a complain for the same with the service provider "Srinivasa Aqua services" on 18/7/2014. The reference number given for the same is 3824. Yesterday when the engineer came to our place, he told that the pump needs to be replaced for which he asked Rs. 2500/- though we have an AMC from "Srinivasa Aqua services". He mentioned that the pump is not covered in the AMC but when we call the customer care number given, it has been told us that all parts are covered in our AMC including the pump. Please let me know what is the reason of cheating by the authorized service centers like "Srinivasa Aqua services"? Also, please send the engineer to our place to fix the issue on priority basis as already he delayed by 4 days.

Today again the service engineer came from the franchise in question and asked money for replacing the pump.

Can I get an update on my complain? Yesterday again the service center guy came to our place and asking the money to replace the part. Or shall I understand that it is nexus of Kent company and local service center to harass the customers? I would appreciate if you can update me on my complain by replying to the mail I sent earlier. Thanks!
