I bought a pureit germkill kit and install it in my water purifier.But it is giving dirty bwown coloured water,so I registered a complaint on its cust.Care no.on 23/07/14(comp.no.C146002256).But nobody came.On 26/07 I got a message that "your complaint has been attended.I called cust.Care again but nothing happened.
