Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer to my previous COMPLAIN No. 0030605/2014 for which the vendor smartly gave a fake details saying that the amount have been refunded on 12/06/2014 with the following Transaction ID : 201406127443920 Kindly check with your concern bank.
Despite of my several complaints they are giving me the same reference no. since last 3 months. I also got the confirmation from my bank that no refund has been received from their end.
Also to prove this I am attaching my Bank statement.
