I worked in Helios & Matheson from February 20th,2013 to march 28,2014. For this period i paid all my tax above exemption. Now i releived from Helios & matheson and joined another company. To file my IT i requested my Form-16 from the day i relived and i follow up till today(29/07/2014).They fooled me like i will get it on this day,that day.Finally they assured me that i will get it by today for sure. Again they fooled me.I don't know how i can file my IT. I have doubt that they actually paid my tax or not. Please take necessary action to solve this issue.
