Complaint Details
Tata docomo people misguided me regarding my mobile number portability and told me that it is not possible to port from prepaid to prepaid. they asked me to port to postpaid and then get it changed to prepaid later. when i checked their website later it shows that the company allows to port from prepaid to prepaid. i spoke to the store manager but he was not co-operative and told me that since sometimes it fails they did not tell.
