Hi Sir,

I had raised request for termination of my Reliance data card services on July 15th 2014, and the request number is 222672660.

When I tried to know the status of my deactivation after 15 days, they said that my termination request is closed. But my service is not disconnected it is still in active state.
This is not the first time this is happening, I want Reliance to Immediately terminate my data card service.

My reliance data card number is 9382862309.


I have attached the screen shot of the service ticket.
