Complaint Details
I have placed an order with yepme.com from my mobile app on 16th july & made online payment. Since then no1 from the yepme called or even tried to call to say dat dey hav confirmed my order or my order is having some problem to reach me. My order no is 8100794 & the price was rs. 518. Dey just hav sent me a email stating dat i will get the package by 20th july, but still i didnt got it. I have called dem on 25th july but den registered my complaint n wen i called dem today i.e; 1st august, dey r again telling me d same issue dat courier cant find my address. Atleast courier company shld call but no dey hav also not called me where is my product. Its not about money, its all about carelessness dat dey hav towards d costumers. I hav attached d screenshot of d mail dey hav sent me on 16th july.
