Complaint Details
My Honda car was purchased in august 2010 from Sundaram moters Visakhapatnam. Servicing were regularly done by the same dealer and few times by Sundaram moters Vijayawada. The dealer must follow the owner’s manual of the vehicle which was not done in my case.
As per the owner’s manual the following must be done but not followed in my case.
1-Fuel filter replacement at 48 months.
2-Transmission fluid replacement at 36 months. Brake fluid replacement every 3 years.
3-Dust and pollen filter every 12 months but In the name of AC care money had been collected during servicing.
4-Parking brake adjustment-12/24/48 months.
5-Tyre rotation at 10000 km.
6-Top up of transmission fluid/brake fluid/engine coolant/battery fluid were never mentioned in the service record.
7-Tyre pressure was never corrected.
Due to these non-adherence the self-life of vehicle will come down including all costly mechanical parts.
It also makes driving potentially dangerous.
It had much impact on the mileage too. Because many of the above things never mentioned in the service record, future servicing would be difficult & the servicing dealer had no idea of what was done in the past.
Had these not been done due to customer’s mistake then warranty would not be valid.

I demand proper servicing and record maintenance plus refund of excess service charges
