Complaint Details
On 2nd August, at around 2:45 pm I , Saurabh Pol along with my mother Jayashree Pol, visited the station canteen, Juhu (Mumbai) for purchasing some regular household items, while billing at the Officer,s Queue the female attendant was very arrogant and rude as she was ordering/ commanding us for doing the needful, as she is supposed to just instruct for what is to be done with the items and just do the billing, but she is basically annoying by the very arrogance that she possesses and forgetting that she is talking to the officer's family members and not some one who works under her. it is requested that she has to be warned for the same.
