Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Subject: Reliance Big TV charged rupees 175 on 24 July for technical support but did not sent their technical executive till today (9th day after filled a complaint).

Big TV charged rupees 175 on 24 July and again on 1st August for technical support but did not sent their technical executive on my site till today. I have called them several times but every time they asked me to wait and they filled a complaint & update for urgent site visit but never sent executive or called them about my issue or even we did not get any call for confirmation about my problem (No any call received from Reliance Big TV technical department for any assistance or confirmation).

All time they asked me that "our technical executive will call you soon and will reach your place till evening today" and my television is still off and even they are charging during this period while it’s not working.
