Plasma TV complaint registered on 14th July.. Till date its not delivered yet . Service centre making several excuses and not making timely promises. Emails already marked to several teams in panasonic and still not getting a proper answer.

Today i spoke to Mr Subhankar who said the TV is still not repaired and getting multiple issues again. Previously it was promised that i will be getting it delivered today as on Sunday.. Today i spoke to Mr Moolchand from MS Electronics at 10 and later he just made an excuse that he has left with his relatives. This is the plight of Panasonic customer relations. Please escalate the matter further .
