We have an AMC for our house no 604, Sector 16A Faridabad.
WE have requested many times at their toll free numbers tel:18002003818 since last 2 months and spoke to Mr. Harish regarding sending your service person for plumbing, electrical and carpentry problems but there no one coming to attend the calls.
Most of the times the tollfree number go unanswered. I would like to understand why we are not provided the service for which we have paid money in advance.
My free services are still not given as per AMC agreements.
Now they don't have the manpower to provide the services so they are creating a false propaganda that we have used abusive language to their technicians and they cannot provide the services to us.
They are just waiting that our AMC term gets over.
