Complaint Details
I met with dr Mohan and dr james at the surgical institute on the 1st Aug 2014 at 2 PM for an appointment for Rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I completed the appointment in 97 minutes, the consult was shoddy and unprofessional. I was promised a call by the business manager for explaining costs of procedure. I waited 3 days, no response. I am from a similar profession and believe that medical consults should follow a detailed plan and options in writing for the patient, which was never followed after having charged 2000 Rs for consult. This violates medical practice ethics and has caused me duress and want my consult fees returned to me because other than pep talk noprofessional consult was practiced. The app isat the doctors office.
