I had ordered Blackberry Z10 on 6 march 2014 from retail bunny. But due to unavailability of stock i cancelled the order on 14 march 2014. As written in their website www.retailbunny.com that the refunds typically take 5-20 working days depending upon the source bank. But now its 30 july 2014 but still i didn't received my refund. I had call to the customer care no. given many times but from march till now they are making nonsense excuses.
Excuses like:
1). Payment gateway issue problem. (4 months still not solved this)
2). Concern person is not at the moment so wont be possible now.
When i force them they told to give me my account details so they will refund the money offline. But still they give the same excuse that the concern person is not at the moment so wont be possible now.
Then they told they will send the refund amount by check. It was told during 1st week of june and still they are making excuses.
I don't know why they are doing this. Started a company but giving a wrong impression to the customers.
First i believed i will received my money but after so many days(four months) i think its a fraud company.

Please take a strict action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
So i could get my refund amount of 17896 as soon as possible as its already 4 month past.
Already lost four month interest for the same.
