Complaint Details
Lot of issues starting from the bike purchase.
1. Bike price was quoted low during the initial payment,at the time of delivery the have hiked the price and prior information about the price hike was not given.
2. During the time of delivery they have assured to affix foot rester without charge and there was no stock at that time so the same was promised again during the first service till today i have been following with them they are just giving lame excuses.
3) Im forced by the Senthil kumar motor service point to service the bike before 1 month/1000km and the service was very pathetic. For instance they have not even adjusted the break and cleaned the bike properly we have to plead them for every thing and the customer is not an expert to check the condition of vehicle before taking the delivery. Service was done for the name sake to mint money from the customer, Response is very poor not sticking to their committment. Kindly take adequate steps to bridge the communication gap.
Over all if i summarise:
Before the bike purchase: Senthil kumar motors executives will follow up the customer for the bike sale.
After the bike purchase : Customer has to follow it up. After a point customer will get annoyed and he will feel he is left alone.
