Hi I'm Manjunath Prasad Basavalingappa, I had the IDEA Cellular SIM (9980674012)and i made a portability to TATA DOCOMO after completely paying the IDEA Cellular bill, while the payment made to IDEA Cellular is not updated and i had informed the IDEA Cellular Service provider via call and they did not respond properly, due to this I'm facing problem with my mobile number 9980674012 which is in inactive status. I made the payment on 11th July 2014 via online through credit card, I do not have the receipt for payed bill, so i have taken the screen shot of the online transaction and I got the authenticated transaction ID (776207) from the credit card customer care. I informed both (TATA DOCOMO and IDEA)service provider via email, for details see the email attachments, Please do the needful and solve this issue at the earliest.
