Sir,
After frustrating, I Rajesh C Shrivastava, Andheri (E) Mumbai Mobile no. 9969803030, would like to file a complaint against the product purchased from Juhu Croma Tablet (2G) Dated 13-Nov-2013, Transaction Number SLF02A001060044284, Part Code 175743 since the time from the purchase made from your outlet the product is not performing well at all.

The first complaint I made for touch screen and also the tab is not recognizing the Dual Sim Card vide GAN no. MUM160314WS00022. For touch screen I had already paid Rs. 4000/- as per instruction of service centre for changing the same.

After using for a month, we have again faced problem in Croma Tablet GAN no. MUM240614WS00019 for the issue of Screening hanging, battery drain issue. As per executive of customer care it has to be sent to service centre again for repairing. After 15 days the tab has been returned to us stating that there was no battery issue and the battery was draining due to issue of software and also the screen hanging problem is sorted out.

After two months again we have faced the problem and took the tab to your Juhu Croma for having issue of battery and due to battery issue the back penal of the tab is opened automatically, fully. GAN No. MUM20014WS00002, according Juhu Croma Customer care Centre head Mr. Krishna the battery is inflated/ ballooning-out and damaged and it has to be sent to service centre for replacement of battery, so again we have submitted Croma Table (2G) in Juhu Croma saying that “the product may replaced by new product because frequently issues are arising every month and I am frustrated with this product and now I will not compromise services of fault. .

Sir till date we have not used this properly as purchased for In the circumstance, it is very clear that the product is not a good piece and it has manufacturing defect which are continuously arising. The product is under warranty. Now as a customer I am not satisfied with the services of fault rectified from different Croma Service Centre. Even though Mr. Krishna from Croma Juhu is agreed that the product is a faulty piece and he is enable to replace the same. As per Mr. Krishna we cannot change the product after 4 days from the date of purchase, we can give only services upto warranty period.

Now more than 15 days have gone, We are continuously calling and croma is not bothered about it and not giving proper response for which we are looking for and the tab is with Croma Juhu.

As I am frustrated and continuously facing harassments and mental torture since I purchased this product. It is requested to kindly look into this and arrange to replace the same. As now I have no option left except to approach Consumer forum / Press.
