Complaint Details
I, R L Prasad, subscriber of BSNL, Calcutta Telephone have surrendred my Rented Modem on 08.11.2011 as per Work Order No. KKR/h/nc/hm/11-12/7346 w.o. date 08/11/2011.
But Unfortunately since then onward I am paying the rent for the surrendered modem till date, as per bill generated from BSNL end.
Complained many times, but still waiting for Solution.
